Public Relations??!

As I started the class, I knew what I signed up for, but I didn't KNOW what I was signing up for.

This was going to be the basics and just the general outline of what public relations was. (It was exactly that, but with a twist). The power to be able to influence others and really know what these major companies do to strategies and cater to their audience was intriguing.

I'm now interested in a new way.

As I established and understood what this class was, I learned that it is my favorite thing ever. I researched different public relations techniques that companies use, and I find it cool that the PR teams understand the assignment. I personally love the social media aspect of it. Yet, there is a way to physically cater to what your clientele wants/needs.

I love the power of persuasion, really using your words to get people to buy exactly what you're selling or trying to inform. (for the News Channels out there).

The media is the biggest way to get out information, sell products, or even just to entertain. How you decide to use it is up to you, and being in the public relations aspect, you have a real purpose.
